Free Design Service

Q) Do you offer a free design service?

A) When payment has been received, our graphic designer will work with you at no extra cost to create your required design. If you require complex artwork or fully customised artwork, we offer advice, and if required, can provide a competitive quote depending on the complexity and amount of time required.

Custom Design

Q) Can you do custom designs?

A) Yes, we often do custom designs based on our existing artwork or from artwork supplied to us by clients. Most small alterations and changes can be done free of charge. If you require complex drawings or fully customised artwork we also offer advice, and if required can provide a competitive quote depending on the complexity and amount of time required.

Wedding Stubby Designs

Q) What kind of designs do you have for wedding stubby holders?

A) We have a range of designs and fonts that you can choose from to create your stubby holder. Click here to view our designs.

Alternatively, you can provide your own picture or artwork to put on the stubby. Our graphic designer will work with you to include text or tweak the design. If you are submitting your own picture/artwork it must meet the following specifications:

Artwork Requirements

Q) Can I have my own artwork printed and do you have any requirements for submitting artwork?

A) Yes, we can print any design or picture you want. If you are going to provide your own artwork, we have a template you can download with all of the correct dimensions to ensure a perfect fit. Please be aware that the quality of the artwork provided is a major factor in what the final print quality will look like.
If you are submitting your own artwork, design or logo it must be provided in the formats specified in our artwork requirements.

Q)I live in a rural area. Do you ship to rural areas and how much will it cost in postage?

A) Yes, because our carrier is Australia Post we are able to deliver anywhere within Australia including rural areas at an affordable price. To find out how much it will cost in postage, send us an email with the number and type of goods required and your postcode.

Q)What carrier to you use to deliver products?

A) We deliver our products through Australia Post ensuring reliability of service and coverage of all Australian locations.

Q)Can I pick up my order from your showroom/office/warehouse?

A) We do not have a showroom or warehouse as our products are made to order and shipped from overseas. However, if you live in the Sydney metropolitan area, you can pickup your products from our office. Please contact us first if you wish to pickup from our office.

Q)Does someone have to be home to pick up the products?

A) We deliver our products using Australia Post so no-one has to be home to sign for the products and you can pick up your parcel from a local Australia Post outlet when it is convenient for you.

International Delivery

Q) Do you ship internationally?

A) Yes, we ship internationally. If you are buying from overseas, please contact us for a quote including shipping cost.

Q) I live in a rural area. Do you ship to rural areas and how much will it cost in postage?

A) Yes, because our carrier is Australia Post we are able to deliver anywhere within Australia including rural areas at an affordable price. To find out how much it will cost in postage, send us an email with the number and type of goods required and your postcode.

Q) How is the cost of postage calculated?

A) reight varies between locations, for an accurate quote it is important for you to provide the postcode of where you would like your ordered delivered as well as the total quantity of stubby holders required. As the stubby holders are light in weight the freight companies often charge based on the size of the box, not the weight.

Q) Can I find out the cost of postage prior to putting an order through?

A)Yes. Simply visit our homepage and enter the quantity of stubby holders you are interested in along with your postcode to receive an instant quote. The quote will indicate whether free shipping is available to your postcode or whether you have to submit an enquiry to get an accurate quote on postage. When you submit an enquiry, there is no obligation on you to purchase the products.

Processing & Lead Times

Standard Orders (20 days +)

Q) How long will it take to receive my order?

A) Our standard minimum turn around time is 20 business days plus delivery time. If you require your order in less than 20 business days, please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to organise an express production run. Please be aware that our pricing structure is dependant on lead time so to receive the cheapest price it is recommended that you place your order with the longest lead time possible. This will allow us to consolidate your order so that we can give you a better price.

Rushed Orders (less than 20 days)

Q) What if I need my order urgently? Can you help?

A) Orders that are required in less than 20 days can be done depending on the quantity required, the delivery location, and the number of days in which they are required. If you have a rush order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss how we can meet your deadline.

Minimum Orders

Q) Is there a minimum order requirement?

A) Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 5 pieces.

Long Leadtime Discounts

Q) Can I get a discount if the order is not rushed?

A) If you allow a long lead time, that is when you require the product after it has been paid, then we can offer you a better price on your order. A longer lead time will allow us to consolidate your order so that we can give you a discount, resulting in a better price. When you place your order, just ask us about the discount or simply email us. This offer only applies to quantities over 100 pieces.

Payment and Fees

Q) How do I pay for my goods?

A) We currently only take EFT (bank transfer) or cheque. Please be aware that your order will not be processed until payment has cleared. Different payment methods have different clearance times as shown below:
Paypal (Visa or Master Card) – instant.
EFT (Bank Transfer) - up to 3 business days.
Cheque – cashed every Friday and an additional 5 days to clear.

Q) Do you have any set-up fees?

A) No, we do not charge any set-up fees.

Q) How many different colours can I have printed on the stubby or cooler and does it cost extra?

A) You can have as many colours as you like and it will not cost you extra. The printing process allows us to print any colour from photos to colour gradients and shadows.

Samples & Mock-ups

Samples

Q) Can I order a sample?

A) Unfortunately, we can not provide samples. As our products are custom made and minimum order requirements apply, we generally cannot provide a sample. However, we do provide 3D mock-ups of the product with your chosen design to make sure you are happy with the design before it goes to print.

However, if you are ordering a larger quantity such as over 5000 pieces, custom samples may be arranged. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. If you are purchasing a large quantity of stubbies for your wedding, we may be able to send out a sample to demonstrate the quality of our product. Please contact us to arrange a sample.

3D Mock-ups

Q) Can I get a mock-up of the design or product before I purchase?

A) Yes. After payment is received, you will get a 3D mock-up of the product with your chosen design, artwork or specifications. Our graphic designer will work with you to produce a design that you are happy with, at no extra cost. After you have approved the 3D mock-up, the design will be sent to print.

Q) What does the 3D mock-up look like?

Q) How many changes can be made to the 3D mock-up?

A) If you are providing your own artwork or want a custom design, our graphic designer can work with you to meet your requirements. You can request multiple changes (within reason) to the mock-up prior to approval.

Returns

Returns

Q) What is your returns policy?

A) Basically, we will not return goods because of a change in mind. We will only return goods for a limited number of reasons such as defective or damaged goods. For more detail on our returns policy, click here.

Q) What if my product is damaged or defective?

A) You should inspect the products as soon as you receive them and notify us by email of any damage or defect within 3 days of receiving the products. Keep the original box, any packaging or paperwork that came with the products. Send a digital photograph of the defective/damaged products if you can. We will then contact you to resolve the issue. Refer to our returns policy here for further information.

Q) How long before I receive my refund?

A) After we have confirmed in writing that you are entitled to a refund and the refund amount, a credit will be issued within 3 – 5 days. Allow your financial institution additional time to process the credit.

Cancellations

Q) Can I change or cancel my order?

A) You will not be able to change or cancel your order once payment has been received by us and you have given written approval of the 3D mock-up for production as our products are custom made.
